A new label emphasizes the "Sacred Food" aspect of the oil.  Lab testing consistently reveals the complexity of this "food", providing more than just the basic nutrients we've come to expect in cod liver oil.  Yes, of course there is a healthy dose of both Vitamin A and D.  With greater emphasis these days on the critical importance of adequate Vitamin D, we're pleased that fermented cod livers provide very healthy amounts of vitamin D.  Not to mention DHA and EPA, and a full complement of omega-3, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids.  Additionally, the oil is a source of quinones, of which Co Q-10 is the most famous.

Arctic Mint ingredients (not emulsified): Fermented Cod Liver Oil, organic lemon oil, organic peppermint oil, organic spearmint oil, organic wintergreen oil, antioxidant (cranberry seed oil).

Cinnamon Tingle Ingredients (emulsified): Fermented Cod Liver Oil, organic cinnamon oil, organic stevia leaf, antioxidant (cranberry seed oil), fermented hyaluronic acid to emulsify.

Oslo Orange Ingredients (emulsified): Fermented Cod Liver Oil, organic orange oil, organic lemon oil, antioxidant (cranberry seed oil), fermented hyaluronic acid to emulsify.
